Yogurt Smoothie Parfait? Say no more. Not only is it delicious, it is packed with gut-friendly ingredients + health benefits


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 nectarine
  • 1 Scoop BIOHM Super Greens Probiotic Powder


  1. Blend all ingredients in blender to create a green smoothie.
  2. Layer coconut yogurt, banana, green smoothie blend and granola in a cup.
  3. Top with blueberries, granola, a dollop of peanut butter, and pumpkin seeds.
