- 1 heaping cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 scoop BIOHM Super Greens Probiotic Powder
- Riced cauliflower
- Cherry tomatoes
Cilantro Lime Dressing:
- Whisk all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Shake well before using. Refrigerate leftovers.
