Veggie Burrito Bowl

Totally drooling over this sweet and tangy Cilantro Lime Dressing recipe. You’re going to want to make this Veggie Burrito Bowl ASAP! It is gut-friendly, blasting with flavor, and beautiful colors.



  • 1 heaping cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 scoop BIOHM Super Greens Probiotic Powder


  • Corn
  • Avocado
  • Riced cauliflower
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • rugula


Cilantro Lime Dressing:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Shake well before using. Refrigerate leftovers.

Veggie Burrito Bowl:

  1. Add arugula to bowl and top with cherry tomatoes, avocado, corn, and riced cauliflower sautéed in cilantro lime dressing.
