Apple Carrot Muffins

Fiber? Check! Antioxidants? Check! Vitamins? Check! Minerals? Check! Probiotics? Check! These muffins have it all! The combination of apple and carrot makes a super sweet, delicious muffin that is great for the gut too.


  • 1 medium grated apple
  • 2 large grated carrot sticks
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 BIOHM Probiotic Supplement Powders


  1. Preheat oven to 350° and prepare muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients to a seperate bowl and once mixed, gradually add stir them into the wet ingredients.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
